Firmware Updates for ClonerAlliance Box Pro Pocket¶
Firmware updates ensure that your ClonerAlliance Box Pro Pocket is always running with the latest features and bug fixes. Follow these steps to update the firmware.
How to get the latest Firmware files¶
Contact our customer service to obtain the latest firmware file.
Download the firmware update file to your PC.
Updating the Firmware¶
Copy the firmware update file to a USB drive or TF card.
Insert the USB drive or TF card into your ClonerAlliance Box Pro Pocket.
Power on the device and press the menu button on the device or remote control.
Navigate to Image Settings then choose Decoder Update and Encoder Update to update firmware for ClonerAlliance Box Pro Pocket .
Troubleshooting Firmware Updates¶
If the update fails, ensure the file is correctly copied to the USB/TF card and try again.
Do not power off the device during the update process.
