Update Preparation Steps¶
Contact our support team to get firmware File
Format your storage device, and save the firmware file to the root directory of the storage device
Please nevigate to “Menu-System Settings-Firmware Version” to check current firmware version
Select “Firmware Update” and click “Yes” to start updating, please do NOT power off during this process.
The device will automatically reboot after completing the firmware upgrade
Warning
Never interrupt the update process once started.
