Recording to USB Drive or TF Card with ClonerAlliance Box Pro Pocket

The ClonerAlliance Box Pro Pocket supports recording directly to USB flash drives, TF cards, or external hard drives. This allows for portable, PC-free video recording.

How to Record to USB Drive or TF Card

  1. Insert a USB drive or TF card: Connect a USB flash drive, TF card, or external hard drive into the appropriate slot.

  2. Select your input source: Connect your video input (HDMI, AV, VGA) and choose the source using the on-screen menu.

  3. Start recording: Press the REC button on the device or the remote control to begin recording.

  4. Stop recording: Press the REC button again to stop recording. Your files will automatically be saved to the connected storage device.

Best Practices for Storage Devices

  • Use a high-speed USB 3.0 drive or Class 10 TF card to ensure smooth recording, especially at higher resolutions like 1080p60.

  • Format your storage device to NTFS or exFAT for large file support. FAT32 is also supported but will split recordings into 4GB chunks.

Tip

For best results, use a USB drive or TF card with at least 16GB capacity, formatted to NTFS or exFAT for longer recording sessions.
