How to connect Scree-Cloner device?¶
Using on a laptop¶
Insert the Screen-Cloner device into the USB-C port of your laptop. Ensure that your USB-C port supports DP (DisplayPort) data transfer and can be used to connect an external monitor
If you encounter an error as shown in the following figure, please confirm whether your laptop TYPE-C interface has specific DP function. You must use a TYPE-C interface with DP function, such as Thunderbolt interface.
Using on a desktop PC¶
Firstly, make sure that your desktop computer has a DP display output interface. Then connect the TypeC adapter to the DP and USB ports, and then connect the device to the adapter to use it.
