Shall I update the product’s firmware once after receiving the product?¶

All the current sold ClonerAlliance products have included the latest version firmware. Generally, customers needn’t update the firmware anymore. If you are not sure about it, please send us an email at support@cloner-alliance.com by detailing your hardware’s S/N and current firmware version number, we will check it directly for you.
