When you encounter the “Unsupported content” message above, this typically indicates the video source is unsupported or protected content.
Quick Solution Steps¶
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Use ClonerAlliance UHD Pro Max’s remote control nevigate to “Menu”->”System settings”->”Firmware version”
Press and hold the right arrow button on the remote until the source video appears on the TV.

Multiple reset attempts may be necessary for complete resolution.
