USB device is not detected and side indicator isn’t on, what should I do?

Please proceed as follows:

1. Plug the USB device before powering on ClonerAlliance UHD Pro/Lite.

2. If the USB device isn’t detected, keep it inserted and reboot ClonerAlliance UHD Pro/Lite.
