Why is there always a black screen after “Loading animation…” disappeared when running HDML-Cloner Wand Helper, and “0x0 0fps” is shown on the operation interface?

Unplug the device from the USB port, close HDML-Cloner Wand Helper and disconnect the HDMI cable. Then plug in the device, connect the HDMI cable and run HDML-Cloner Wand Helper. If this problem still exists, please turn off the device power. Wait 3 seconds and turn on the power again.
