Why Is There No Sound When Playing the Videos Recorded by ClonerAlliance Products?¶
Tip: This instruction applies to ClonerAlliance hardware.
The problem of no audio is commonly caused by the setting of your source devices (Such as PS3,PVR, STB or DVR). To have the problem to be quickly solved, please adjust the audio output of your source device to PCM or Stereo, then ClonerAlliance hardware will be able to record audio successfully.
FYI: ClonerAlliance hardware don’t record Dolby, DTS or other multichannel digital audio formats.
Here are some additional information that may be helpful:

2. If you use an AV receiver (AVR) via HDMI cable, please connect the ClonerAlliance hardware between the source video device (such as your PS3, PVR,STB or DVR) and your AV receiver (AVR) via HDMI cable. ClonerAlliance hardware works with AV receiver. What you need is just a correct connection!
