Why does it show “Unsupported resolution” while using ClonerAlliance Flint 4kp Pro?

When using ClonerAlliance Flint 4KP Pro device, it maybe show a picture as:

Don’t worry, it is easy to solve this problem.

ClonerAlliance Flint 4KP Pro doesn’t support 4K upscale, that means if you select 4K in the software but the resolution of your source device is 1080p or below, the preview screen will prompt “Unsupported resolution”.

Solution 1:

Set the resolution in software to 1080P to avoid the prompt.

Solution 2:

Set the HDMI source resolution to 4K to avoid this prompt.
