Why the audio and video are out of sync when recording to USB storage device?¶

Sometimes USB storage devices may cause such problems. Please try a different USB flash drive. Or reformat your USB storage device then try again. Before reformatting it, please make sure that you back up the files in your USB storage device, otherwise, it will erase automatically.

In addition, to help you get good video and audio quality, we advise you to select a lower bitrate when recording.
